Track + programs are delivered through the sugarwod app and are an excellent addition to your regular cross-fit training. They are easy to follow 2-3 day’s per week track based programs designed to target a specific aspect of your training that you may be looking to improve. Currently we have the Gymnastics +, Core +, Aerobic + & Cross-Fit Bodybuilding+ programs available.
